Now that your book is published, It’s very important to understand shipping and how to make your books arrive on-time and on-budget every time. For that reason, we are outlining our shipping methods. We hope that this information will assist you in keeping the cost down and answer most of the questions you have about shipping and what can actually be done. Domestic Shipping Methods
Commercial Ground
YES – Delivery to most commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. within 1 to 6 business days of
shipment date, based on the location of the Ship To address.
YES – Shipments are trackable.
NO P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses cannot be used as a Ship To Address.
Residential Ground
YES – Delivery to most residential addresses in the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. within 1 to 6 business days of
shipment date, based on the location of the Ship To address.
YES – Shipments are trackable.
NO P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses cannot be used as a Ship To Address.
Basic Shipping
YES – Delivery to all 50 states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands in approximately 7 to 10 business days of
shipment date.
YES – P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses can be used as a Ship To Address.
NO Shipments are not trackable.
NO Not recommended for carton shipments.
NO Shipment cannot be insured and publisher assumes all risk of damage or loss.
Commercial Overnight
YES – Delivery to most commercial addresses in the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. and Puerto Rico by 10:30am
the next business day, after shipment date.
YES – Shipments are trackable.
NO P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses cannot be used as a Ship To Address.
Residential Overnight
YES – Delivery to most residential addresses in the 48 contiguous states in the U.S. and Puerto Rico by 10:30am
the next business day, after shipment date.
YES – Shipments are trackable.
NO P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses cannot be used as a Ship To Address.
Commercial 2nd Day Air
YES – Delivery to most commercial addresses in all 50 states in the U.S. and Puerto Rico by the end of the second
business day after shipment date.
YES – Shipments are trackable.
NOTE: Shipments to certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional time in transit.
NO P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses cannot be used as a Ship To Address.
US Shipping Methods Available Through IngramSpark
Residential 2nd Day Air
YES – Delivery to most residential addresses in all 50 states in the U.S. and Puerto Rico by the end of the second
business day after shipment date.

Economy Heavyweight
YES – Delivery option to most addresses in the 48 contiguous states in the U.S.
YES – Delivery to most addresses in 3 to 7 business days.
NOTE: For orders of 500 lbs or greater.
NOTE: A Lightning Source Logistics Representative will contact the customer regarding specific shipping
requirements.
NOTE: Shipments are trackable at the request of the customer through Lightning Source Logistics.
NO P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses cannot be used as a Ship To Address.
International Shipping Methods
Canada Ground
YES – Delivery to most addresses in the 10 provinces of Canada within 3 to 7 business days of shipment date,
based on the location of the Ship To address.
YES – Shipments are trackable.
YES – Quoted freight rates include import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, custom fees and document preparation
fees. These fees will be included on the invoice to the customer.
NO P.O. Boxes cannot be used as a Ship To Address.
International and Canada Premium
YES – Delivery to more than 200 countries (including Canada) within 1 to 5 business days after shipment date.
YES – Shipments are trackable.
NO P.O. Boxes cannot be used as a Ship To Address.
NO Quoted freight rates do not include import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, custom fees and document
preparation fees. If these fees apply, these additional fees will be paid by Ingram Spark and will be invoiced to
the customer separately.
International Economy
YES – Delivery to most countries and territories to the destination country’s mail system.
NOTE: Shipment times and reliability vary based on the destination country’s mail system.
NOTE: This shipping method, in exchange for lower shipping cost, does not offer damage insurance or shipment
tracking to the ultimate recipient.
NOTE: When you select this method of international shipment, you waive all liability against IngramSpark or the
carrier for damage or loss of the shipment.
